Statement of policy

Adveticus Ltd aims to be recognised as an environmentally friendly company. Adveticus Ltd was set up with benevolent aims to provide protection to the community. This aim extends into the environment in which that community must live and operate. This commitment is contained in this Policy document.

In order to meet our commitment to the environment, we have set out our aims so that our operational policies and procedures can reflect our objectives these are:

  1. Reduce the use of energy.
  2. Reduce the use of material resources.
  3. Re-use materials rather than dispose, and recycle disposed materials wherever possible.
  4. Reduce the size of packages delivered to ensure efficient and effective use of transportation.
  5. Avoid the unnecessary use of environmentally damaging substances and processes.
  6. Integrating environmental and sustainable principles into our operational procedures and promoting best practice at every level.
  7. Review environmental management procedures on a regular basis.
  8. Comply with and strive to exceed all relevant environmental legislation.
  9. Education and train all employees in environmental issues and the environmental effects of their activities.
  10. Continually improve our environmental performance.

To demonstrate our commitment Adveticus Ltd sends out all respirator dispenser boxes flat packed where possible. This allows for more efficient transportation and reduces the amount of packaging material required. Further to this we recycle over 95% of all of the paper used in our office and all of our letter headed paper is printed on recycled paper.
